Malabar Blend is a coffee blend featuring beans from the Malabar region in southern India, located between the Western Ghats and the Arabian Sea on the Malabar Coast in Kerala state. The climate in this region is ideal for coffee cultivation. The coffee has a characteristic full-bodied, dry flavor with notes of milk chocolate and brown sugar balanced by mild acidity. This blend is described as the softer sibling to Monsooned Malabar coffee.
