Mayan Morning is a washed Guatemalan coffee from the Huehuetenango region, grown at altitudes between 1,400m and 2,200m+. It is a regional select from multiple farms, imported by Café Imports. The blend of varieties includes Bourbon, Catimor, Caturra, Maragogype, and Pache. The flavor profile features chocolate, toffee, and liquorice with a clean finish. Scored at quality grade 86, it is suited for espresso, French press, and moka preparation.

Corde Coffee Roasters
Corde Coffee Roasters was founded in Geneva in 2020 by Carlina Rinaldi Johnson, who transitioned from a 14 year career in marketing and brand strategy to specialty coffee. The name draws from the Spanish word for rope, reflecting the idea of coffee as a thread connecting farmer, roaster, and drinker. Carlina roasts in small batches from the roastery's own laboratory space, working with fair trade, traceable beans from around the world. Sustainability runs through the operation, from sourcing practices to exclusively reusable or sustainable packaging. Corde also functions as a community space, hosting tastings, barista classes, and workshops alongside their two Geneva boutiques.
