MAZAA is a naturally processed (sun-dried) coffee from the Guji region in southern Ethiopia. It is an Ethiopian heirloom Arabica variety, hand-picked and sun-dried, grown at altitudes between 1500 and 2350 meters above sea level in the Oromia Woreda. Graded as Grade 1 with a Q-grade score of 87, this coffee offers flavor notes of honey, sweetness, and spiced aroma, with a medium body and a smooth, juicy mouthfeel.
