The farm cultivates Yellow Caturra, Bourbon, Catuai, and Typica varieties. Merly is a member of the Aromas del Valle producer group and operates three farms together with her sister. Flavor notes include light caramel, blackcurrant, blueberry, floral, sweet, and juicy characteristics.
