About This Coffee

A single-origin coffee from Las Tres Hermanas, a small family farm in the highlands of Mosonte, Dipilto region, Nicaragua, at 1,500–1,600 m altitude. Produced by Cynthia Morales, this lot features the rare Bourbon Tekesic variety — an ancient strain selected in the 1950s–1960s in El Salvador. Processed using the washed method with meticulous cherry sorting and drying on African beds at the Bridazul station. The cup delivers subtle acidity with tasting notes of lemon, cocoa nibs, and toffee.
