Celeste Coffee RoastersAbout This Coffee
A single-origin coffee from the Las Tres Hermanas farm in Dipilto, Nicaragua, grown by producer Cynthia Morales at 1,500–1,600 meters altitude. The Bourbon Tekesic variety — an old and rare lineage selected in the 1950s–60s in El Salvador — is processed using the washed method, with careful cherry sorting, pulping, and drying on African beds at the Bridazul station. The cup offers bright acidity with tasting notes of lemon, cocoa nibs, and smooth toffee.
