This Mexican coffee is sourced from various smallholder farms within the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve in southern Mexico. It is an organic, single origin coffee, washed and sun-dried, featuring a medium roast with low acidity (pH 5.2). The flavor profile includes smooth body with tasting notes of hazelnut, cocoa, and earthy tones.
