Mexico Altura Superior Chiapas Adelita is a shade-grown Arabica coffee from the Comalapa and Chicomuselo regions of Chiapas, Mexico. It features Catura, Catuai, and Typica varieties, processed using the fully washed (wet) method. Harvested between January and March, it offers a medium body with low acidity and prominent flavor notes of milk chocolate and almonds. Recommended for espresso, Moka pot, and home coffee machines.
