Presta Coffee RoastersAbout This Coffee
A single-origin coffee from the Ismael Pérez Land farm in Chenalhó, Chiapas, Mexico, at 1,500 meters altitude. Produced by Diego Hernandez and sourced through Cafeología. The coffee features Bourbon and Garnica varieties, harvested in the 2024–2025 season. Processed using a traditional washed method: hand-picked ripe cherries are depulped, fermented in cement tanks or plastic tubs for approximately 24 hours, hand-scrubbed to remove mucilage, and sun-dried on cement patios for about fifteen days.
