This Arabica coffee is from the Chiapas region of Mexico, specifically from Siltepec in the Sierra Madre mountains at 1250-1350 meters altitude. The varieties include Catuai, Bourbon, and Caturra. It is washed processed and sun-dried. The coffee comes from small producers involved in the NKG BLOOM initiative in the cloud forest region near the El Trifuno biosphere reserve. The beans were hand-harvested, de-pulped, fermented, washed and sun-dried. Flavor notes include chocolate, grapefruit, and apricot.
