This coffee is sourced from Finca Isabella de Triunfo in the Chiapas region of Mexico, managed by Alberto Preez. Grown at an altitude of 1200 to 1500 meters near the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve, this coffee is wet-processed to ensure quality. It features a flavor profile characterized by candied sweetness, bright acidity, bakers chocolate, red berries, and orange, with a smooth, long finish. The beans are selected for their quality and offer a bright, sweet cup profile.

Simon and Oksana, a husband and wife team, founded Electric Coffee Co. in 2008 out of frustration with the lack of quality coffee in West London. The brewing setup features one of the few Kees Van Der Westen Mirage Veloce espresso machines in the UK.
