About This Coffee

A washed coffee from the Plan Libertad farm in Chiapas, Mexico, grown by Don Ezequiel Diaz at 1,600–1,700 meters above sea level near the El Triunfo Biosphere Reserve. The coffee features the rare Maragogype variety, cultivated on a 3-hectare plantation. Processed using washed methods directly on the farm with support from Edelmira, resulting in a clean, fruity cup. Flavor notes include raisin, dark chocolate, and apple.
