This single origin coffee comes from the Mayan Harvest farm in Chiapas, Mexico, at 1550-1650 meters elevation. The coffee is washed processed and features a blend of Bourbon, Caturra, and Catimor varieties. It offers a smooth, creamy body with notes of dark chocolate, grapefruit, and plum.
