A single-origin micro-lot from Puebla, Mexico (Puebla Coffees) grown at 1,694–1,744 m. The lot is an Anaerobic Natural composed of Typica, Bourbon, and Garnica varieties, roasted light. Tasting notes highlight white strawberry sweetness, cherry liqueur and red wine character, a silky mouthfeel, and a lingering black tea aftertaste. Suitable for both espresso and filter brewing.
