This coffee is a single origin from Costa Rica, specifically from the Tarrazu region at 1900 meters altitude. It is a Honey processed coffee made by the Montero family, who have been producing coffee for three generations in Tarrazu. The variety is Catuai, and the coffee was harvested in March 2025. The flavor profile is balanced and creamy with distinct notes of chocolate biscuit and ripe plum. Whole coffee beans roasted for filter.
