A decaffeinated filter coffee from Timaná, Huila, Colombia, grown at 1,400–2,000 m altitude. Produced by ASOMUJER, an association of 75 women producers founded in 2007, using washed processing followed by EA (ethyl acetate) decaffeination via sugar cane. Varieties include Castillo, Caturra, and Colombia. The cup profile is mild and silky with notes of baked apple, brown sugar, toasted almond, cane sugar, cooked stone fruits, and almond.
