This coffee is from Mount Totumas Cold Forest in Chiriquí, Panama, grown at approximately 1,800 meters elevation. It is a Pache variety (a Typica mutation) produced by Karin Dietrich and processed using the natural method. The cup profile features elegant and expressive notes of pear, raisin, and sugarcane with floral aromatics and refined sweetness. The coffee is available in two roast profiles: Filter and Espresso.
