Musana – Uganda Filter

This coffee consists of SL14 and SL28 Bourbon varieties grown in the Mount Elgon region of Uganda at around 2000 meters altitude. It is naturally processed (dry processed) with a drying time of 12-21 days. Flavor notes include raspberry, mandarin, and milk chocolate, producing a lively fruity and balanced cup with a gentle chocolate note. The beans are cultivated by smallholder farmers organized in cooperatives on volcanic soil under shade with organic fertilization.
