About This Coffee

This coffee is from Cloza Estate in Costa Rica's Alajuela region, a fourth-generation family farm at approximately 1350 meters altitude. It is 100% Pacamara variety, naturally processed on-farm with the full cherry intact, producing a juicy and structured cup. The roast is medium to preserve natural sugars and vibrant fruit notes. Tasting notes include raspberry, blueberry, cherry candy, floral and tea-like perfume, finishing with nutmeg and baking spice.
