This single origin coffee is produced by 74 Danu Cooperative Members from the Sin Net Chaung community within the Shwe Thaung Thu Association. Grown in Ywangan, Shan State, Myanmar at 1298 meters altitude, this Catuai variety is naturally processed by drying in cherry on raised beds. The dry climate of the region lends itself well to this natural process. The cup presents clean, sweet and bright characteristics with tasting notes of honeydew, green grape, and brown sugar.
