About This Coffee

A coffee from the Three Khuns producer consortium, grown on Indigo Mountain in Hopong, Myanmar at elevations of 1,158–1,737 MASL. This lot unites 14 producers from the Pa-O ethnic group, sourcing cherries from Hopong, Pin Laung, Taunggyi, Hse Hsaing, and Loilem townships. It is a blend of Catuai and Caturra varieties, processed via an anaerobic natural method — cherries are fermented in food-grade plastic tanks for 2–5 days at 15–25°C, then slow-dried to ~11% moisture content. Tasting notes include Dole Fruit Cup, Oolong Tea, Honey, and Cantaloupe.
