Sourced from the volcanic and oceanic soils of Saint Helena Island, this coffee is available in very limited quantities due to the rarity of its plantations. Grown at low altitude, it is an Arabica Bourbon variety known for a smooth and refined cup with unique caramelized aromas. Described as both marine and delicate, it is a rare and seasonal harvest coffee offered between May and June.
