This coffee is from Finca El Diviso in Bruselas, Pitalito, Huila, Colombia, grown at 1750 meters above sea level by the Lasso family. The varietal is Bourbon Sidra, a rare Arabica that was first developed in Ecuador. It is natural-processed, highlighting the fruity character of the Sidra varietal. The coffee features tropical fruit, plum, blueberry, vanilla, and peach notes with explosive acidity and a red fruit aftertaste. Harvested from October to December.
