Pair Cupworks

About This Coffee

This natural-processed Sidra varietal coffee is produced in Huila, Colombia by Finca El Diviso and the Lasso Family. The farm is located in the Pitalito region at 1,750 meters altitude. Sidra is a rare Arabica varietal believed to have originated in Ecuador, sharing a sweet cup profile comparable to Ethiopian landrace varietals. Natural processing highlights Sidra's fruity character, resulting in a cup with tropical fruit, raspberry, and floral notes, finishing with a prolonged fruit sweetness.
