This coffee is sourced from El Morito, Peru, and produced by farmer Lenin Flores. It is a Yellow Caturra variety that has undergone a washed processing method. The roast level is light, resulting in a flavor profile featuring notes of marmalade, almond roca, and pancakes.
Founded by Greg Lanctot and Jessie Lewin, rising stars in Montreal's coffee scene who roast micro and nano lots.
