About This Coffee

This single-origin decaf coffee comes from the Jinotega region of Nicaragua, grown at altitudes between 1600-3100 meters. Sourced from Gold Mountain Coffee Growers, a community of over 70 producers characterized by high quality standards and social entrepreneurship. The coffee features mixed varieties and is processed at Finca Idealista, where it undergoes carbonic maceration and natural dry processing before being decaffeinated using Swiss Water Processing. This method preserves the coffee's natural aromas while removing caffeine. The cup profile offers nougat, stone fruit, cherry, golden syrup, and hints of vanilla with malic acidity and medium body.
