Nicaragua Dipilto is a meticulously crafted coffee sourced from five family farms in the Dipilto municipality. This single-origin coffee features a blend of Bourbon, Catimor, Catuai, Caturra, and Maragogype varieties grown at altitudes between 1200 and 1400 meters. It is fully washed and sun-dried, resulting in a medium roast with a vibrant flavor profile. Tasting notes include praline, candied citrus, grapefruit, mandarin, and honey, offering a smooth, rich finish with delicate blossom sweetness.
