A single-origin Nicaraguan coffee from El Bosque with a sweetly tart structure and pert acidity. Aromas and cup notes include green apple, strawberry, vanilla, lemon and honey syrup, with a satiny smooth mouthfeel. The finish is cocoa-toned with supporting notes of crisp apple, caramel and a hint of black chocolate.
