This coffee is from Jinotega, Nicaragua, grown at 700-1,000 meters altitude in the "Las Brumas" (Mist City) region. It is a washed coffee made from Catimor, Caturra, and Marseillesa varieties. The beans are medium roasted, producing a smooth, creamy body with dominant flavors of roasted walnut, dark chocolate, and caramel notes. This high-grown (HG) coffee offers a balanced cup with low acidity, making it suitable for both black coffee and milk-based drinks like lattes.
