This coffee is from La Virgen Estate in Las Nubes, Jinotega, Nicaragua, at 1,270 meters altitude. Founded in 2012 by Claudia Vanessa Rivera, the 40-hectare farm produces high-quality coffee with responsible practices. The coffee features Caturra and Catuai varieties processed using the washed method. Flavor notes include clean, bright and sweet characteristics with orange, floral, and cocoa notes. The coffee is a medium to dark roast suitable for espresso, Aeropress, Moka pot, drip, and Armenian brewing methods.
