Natural processed, dried over 25-30 days. Features aromas of peach, apricot, and Meyer lemon with boisterous acidity and thick mouthfeel. Cup profile includes peach, lemon, tart cherry, grapefruit, and chocolate. Scored 88.27 in Cup of Excellence auction.

The selection specializes in Hawaiian coffees from Kona and Ka'u regions alongside carefully selected producers from Panama, Jamaica, and Vietnam.
