Nicaragua Jinotega SHG EP is a Strictly High Grown coffee from the Jinotega region in north central Nicaragua. Grown at 1200 meters altitude, the slow-bean development results in a denser, higher quality coffee. This washed coffee features sweet butterscotch and chocolate with aromatic notes of honey and nuts. The flavor profile reveals rich chocolate, prunes, and delightful nuttiness. The coffee uses Catimor and Caturra varieties and has earned an SCA score of 85.
