This decaffeinated coffee is produced by Shady and Elias Bayter at El Vergel farm in Piedra Grande, Tolima, Colombia, at an elevation of 1,500 meters above sea level. The coffee is Caturra variety, processed using the washed method and decaffeinated using the Ethyl Acetate process. Harvested between January and April 2025, this coffee is imported and exported by Forest Coffee.
