Nindo Ndajé Omni

Nindo Ndajé is a fully washed single-origin coffee from the Mazatec region of Oaxaca, Mexico, grown by Mazatec indigenous people at 1200–1600 meters altitude. Varieties include Typica, Bourbon, and Mundo Novo. Produced using biodynamic, chemical-free methods in a biodiverse landscape under the Marchantia project. Cherries are cleaned with water, rested overnight, depulped, washed again, and dried for 10–20 days. Tasting notes include praline, orange, and honey, with caramel and floral notes and a delicate acidity.
