This blend combines coffees from Guatemala and Colombia at altitudes ranging from 900-1500 meters. The coffee features mixed varietals processed using both washed and natural methods. Medium roasted with flavor notes of orange, cherry, cola, and Earl Grey. Originally created as a cold brew blend, but suitable for any brewing method.
Leif Sung An and Clifford Park founded Stereoscope Coffee in Los Angeles in 2013, driven by the belief that coffee is about more than tasting profiles and processing methods. They roast on a Probat P12 out of a warehouse in the Arts District, seeking out distinctive varieties and processing techniques that tell a story. Their approach uses the platform of specialty coffee to build fair, lasting relationships with producers while creating experiences that go beyond the cup. Stereoscope has been featured in the SCA Coffee Design Awards for its visual identity and packaging.
