Nyala Guji Heirloom is a washed Ethiopian coffee sourced from Mancity farm in Odo Shakiso, grown at 1,900–2,250 meters and processed with 24-hour fermentation and raised-bed drying. The coffee features a clean, bright profile with citrus and floral notes and a silky body, roasted fresh in Lisbon for 200g bags or bulk 1kg packaging.
While primarily a craft beer brewery, SoLo Brewing in Lisbon was founded with a parallel passion for quality coffee.
