A washed Pink Bourbon coffee from El Purutal, San Agustín, Huila, Colombia, harvested at 1850-1920 meters altitude. Processed with 24-hour fermentation, pulped dry with the following day's pulp in a ceramic tank for another 24-hour fermentation, then washed and dried for 15-20 days. Expressive and elegant with tasting notes of orange blossom, ripe nectarine, and orange peel. Roasted for filter brewing.
