Official Fullcaf Metcalf Coffee (Caffeinated Version) is a medium-roast blend from Guatemala and Papua New Guinea. Beans are washed processed, producing a low-acid (pH 5.2), rich, full-bodied cup with caramel and nutty flavor notes. Sold as whole bean with grind options for espresso or filter.
