OJ! is a Brazilian coffee from the Caparaó region, located near the Caparaó National Park. This coffee is grown at altitudes between 900 and 1500 meters by farmers at Lykke Kaffegårdar. It is made from Red and Yellow Catuai varieties and processed using the natural method, where whole berries are dried with the skin and fruit flesh intact. The coffee offers a full and sweet cup with dominant notes of chocolate, dried fruit, and candied nuts.
