Produced by Edilberto Coronado, who acquired the farm 32 years ago and has devoted over three decades to meticulous coffee cultivation. The coffee is washed processed and features tasting notes of vanilla, florals, and Meyer lemon. Medium roast suitable for various brewing methods including drip, pour over, Aero Press, and espresso.
