KIVAMO Kaffeerösterei

About This Coffee

This is a 100% Arabica coffee from Sumatra, Indonesia, grown at 1000-1400 meters altitude. The varieties are Tim-Tim and Ateng. It is semi-washed processed and harvested between February and May. The flavor profile features licorice, fine fruity sweetness, and is full-bodied. The coffee comes from smallholder families who organically manage their coffee gardens and commit to protecting the rainforest and its animals and plants. A premium of €0.50 per kg of green coffee supports these families, and an additional €0.50 per kg supports the Sumatra Orangutan Protection Program.
