This decaf blend consists of equal parts Colombia, Sumatra Mandheling, and French Roast. The coffee features a unique sweetness enhanced by its full body, with complex yet smooth flavor characteristics and molasses notes. It is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process, a chemical-free method that uses only water, a carbon filter, temperature and time to remove 99% of caffeine while maintaining the original flavors of the coffee bean.
