This organic dark roast blend is composed of Colombian, Indonesian, and Guatemalan coffees. The blend includes select organic Peruvian coffees roasted dark to just into second crack. It brews with low acidity, deep molasses-like sweetness, and a velvety, thick body. Aromas of green apple and cinnamon lead to flavor notes of nougat, dark chocolate, and blackberry. The coffee is rich and roasty with characteristics like bittersweet dark chocolate. It brews well in stove top moka pot or French press, and also performs well with paper filter methods where it produces a slightly thinner brew.

Caffe Artigiano
Established in 1999, Caffe Artigiano has grown into one of Western Canada's most recognized specialty coffee brands, operating over 25 cafes across British Columbia and Alberta.
