A single-origin organic coffee from Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, Colombia, grown on the farm of Mildred Niebles in Campo Alegre at an altitude of 1,100 to 1,200 meters. The coffee features varieties Castillo, Colombia, and Tabi, processed using the Honey method with 90 hours of anaerobic fermentation. Roasted at a medium filter roast level, the cup profile presents complex notes of honey, fresh papaya, and black tea. Gold Medal winner at the German Röstergilde 2025.
