This coffee is sourced through direct trade via Cuatro Vientos Colombia from El Recreo farm in Acevedo, Huila, Colombia, cultivated by farmer Alirio Rodríguez who has been farming for 25 years. The Pacamara variety is grown at 1500 meters above sea level and processed using the anaerobic natural method. Flavor profile includes peach and white cranberries with lively and bright characteristics. Take It Easy Roasters was founded in 2020 in Las Vegas by Josh Molina, who also started Makers & Finders, a well known Latin American inspired café in the city. The roastery works with coffees from origins including Colombia, Ethiopia, and Kenya, and supplies its sibling café operations.
