This coffee is from Finca Las Brisas, located in Juayúa in the Apaneca Ilamatepec mountain range of El Salvador. It features the Bourbon Chili variety, processed using the washed method at 1750 MASL altitude in the Acevedo region of Huila. The coffee is characterized by notes of persimmon, honey, and dulce de leche with evolving nuances of chocolate, sponge cake, nectarine, and caramelized nuts. It offers a creamy body and juicy acidity.
