This coffee is a single-origin Caturra variety from the Inzá region of Cauca, Colombia, grown by the Paeces indigenous community at an altitude of 1700-2000 meters. Processed using the natural method, this coffee offers a sophisticated and comforting profile. It features a bright, zesty tangerine acidity, deep sweetness of ripe plum, a smooth caramel body, and a warm, spiced finish reminiscent of nutmeg.
As one of Lisbon's pioneering specialty coffee roasters, Fabrica was founded with the vision of bringing the entire coffee process under one roof. They were among the first in the city to roast in-house, creating vibrant community hubs where customers could see the journey from green bean to cup. Their philosophy centers on making high-quality, freshly roasted coffee an integral part of the daily urban experience.
