This is a contemporary Ethiopian coffee from the mountainous plantations of Guji. Produced at Dimtu Wate processing station in Hambela district, Western Guji highlands at 2150 meters altitude. Approximately 600 smallholder farmers from Buku Sayisa and Dimtu villages deliver cherries to this station, established in 2019. The coffee plants are 10-20 years old. Features Wolisho and Kudhume varieties processed using the natural/dried method. The coffee is G1 category arabica with syrupy, sweet floral, fruity, and tea-like characteristics that reflect the region's elegant terroir. During harvest, 100-150 local pickers work daily with focus on clean, quality processing.
