This coffee is a single-origin Arabica from the Dimtu Wate station in the Guji region of Ethiopia, grown at an altitude of 2150 meters. It is produced by smallholder farmers from the Buku Sayisa and Dimtu villages. The coffee is processed using the natural method, which enhances its fruity character. It features a syrupy, tea-like texture with flavor notes of peach, pink flowers, lavender, and lemon zest. This is an elegant, classic Guji coffee that reflects the local terroir.
