Full City Rooster was founded in 2013 by Chris and Michael Wyatt in the Cedars neighborhood of Dallas, Texas. What began as a small batch roasting operation grew into a community gathering point where coffee, art, and conversation converge under one roof. The roastery sources single origin coffees from micro lot growers and socially responsible farms, roasting them in small batches with a focus on body, aroma, and low acidity. A purist approach guides the menu, letting the quality of the beans speak without the distraction of syrups or flavored add ons. The space doubles as a gallery and performance venue, reflecting the Wyatts' belief that great coffee belongs alongside creative expression. Their beans are served across Dallas and shipped to customers well beyond the city.
